Payment and Delivery

There are several options to order from the autopigments webshop:

1. Order via +38 067 749-68-98 (Ukraine)

2. Send us order details via autopigments@gmail.com

3. Create an order via the website: www.autopigments.com. Right after the check-out you will receive a mail containing ordering info and we will contact you shortly.

There are two payment methods available for the worldwide orders:

    - payment with Visa/Mastercard cards;

    - payment with an invoice.

All worldwide orders are shipped via the Ukrposhta -- a national Ukrainian delivery company. It's a reliable, trustworthy and cost-efficient partner which delivers shipments worlwide.

Cost of delivery is automatically calculated in the shopping cart during the checkout, and depends on the weight of the order.

In case the order was incomplete, please, contact us via phone +38 067 749-68-98 (Ukraine) or via mail autopigments@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue shortly.

If the order was received damanged or defective, please, reject the reception at the delivery company's office and, if possible, request the certificate of damage. We will need the copy of one to proceed.

All repayment are processed within 5 business days.
